१८४२: जॉर्ज ग्रीनो यांना शिवणकामासाठी पेटंट मिळाला.

१८७८: प्रथम टेलिफोन निर्देशिका न्यू हेवन, कनेक्टिकटमध्ये प्रकाशित झाली आहे.

१९१५:- लाहोर कट - लाहोर, बनारस आणि मेरठमध्ये सशस्त्र क्रांतिकारक उठाव सुरू.

१९२५:- द न्यूयॉर्करचा पहिला अंक प्रकाशित झाला.

१९७२:- सोव्हिएत मानवरहित अंतराळ यान ल्यूना चंद्रावर २० उतरले.

१९७५:- जयश्री गडकर आणि बाळ धुरी यांचे लग्न झाले.
